• We also accept payment through PayPal®
• We do accept personal checks or money orders.Please allow time (7-10 days) for money order or check to clear.
• Merchandise shipped to Wisconsin addresses will be charged Wisconsin sales tax.

Shipping

• Free shipping to the lower 48 states.  We ship with UPS ground or United States Postal Service.  We can not ship outside of the continental US.
• We will ship your order within three business days.

All products are normally in stock.  In the event of an out of stock item, you will be notified via e-mail with the new estimated delivery date.

Refunds and Returns

• You may return merchandise if you are not satisfied with it and if it is in new, original condition (as stated below) for a full refund, less the free shipping cost of $17.00, within 30 days of receipt. There will also be a 10% restocking charge for non defective merchandise.
• Claims must be filed within 72 hours after delivery of merchandise.
  
• The original credit card used for the purchase will be credited. 
• Returned products must be in the same new, original condition as when they were received. They can not be altered (shortened or modified) used or abused.

Return Directions

• Please notify us at walkingcaneonline@gmail.com of your return, and the reason for the return.
• We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Code for your return (RMA).
• Write the RMA on the copy of the original invoice (enclosed in the return package) and on the outside of the box. Returns without the RMA code will be refused.
• Pack the returned item in the original box with the original packing material, and enclose a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for return.
• Please return the product using the original carrier.
• You will be responsible for the shipping charge.
